DAVID HAWK’S RETURN TO DOMINANCE

After the first month of basic conditioning, David Hawk and his son ratcheted up the intensity for month two of their shape-up, muscle-up program. Still a shadow of his former Mr. USA and Mr. World hulking self, David soldiers on—past his former bad habits and excuses not to train—and furthers his goal of stripping off the fat while laying the foundation for his bodybuilder physique to return. Meanwhile, David, Jr. continues his quest to pack muscle on his 14-year-old frame.

Last month we showed how they began the muscle-building process through proper training, diet and supplementation. Both experienced a taste of success and wanted more in round two. While he guides his son along the mass-making track, David needs to continue to refine his own body before deciding to bulk up.
